This company DECN is moving in a positive direction.

With still so many good things to come, don't let detractors push you off the path.

With regards to the detractors of this company....

As always, don't focus on what they've told you, focus on what they've concealed, and ask why.

It will be in the filings as it should be. No reason to make assumptions here. Everything has been extremely positive as it relates to DECN over the past few months. No reason to make poor assumptions about the company now.

I would expect financing terms to be consistent with this comment.

That would look like some type of prime+ arrangement.

I would expect something quite different than a 24% predatory Credit card holder type relationship.

IE;A more traditional business looking relationship....a win-win for both.....especially with the cost of money right now being so low.

At some point,Mr Berman might share some of this information. But that's not normally SOP in the initial announcement that financing has been closed. Ideal maybe yes,but not that common.
