Would the transfer agent have the date the a/s was increased? haven't been able to find phone number. anyone else?

I looked at the link and refer to the last filing I find from February of 2012, right before the orchestration of a "LAUGHABLE PROFIT TAKING" moment. (Number of Authorized Stock Shares: 2,700,000,000 and additionally 1,000 to 2,000 Preferred shares). You must have found something else in regards to additional shares and an RS. Can you specifically link that information for the technically challenged such as myself?
