i agree about SEMCO. Since the SEMCO acquisition completed around Jan 20, there is a reason why audit takes a little while longer.
Just put it in perspective: When a company closes their book at the end of the 4th qrt, the financial won't come out till mid Feb to mid March. Why would one even think we would have the audit result by the end of Jan? We just acquired someone, if we are going to move to OTC ... SEMCO's financial will have to be included.
Late FEB is the earliest date for the audit. IMO
On another issue, they are a real company. Their customers are real. I think SEMCO won't join them if this company is doom or doom to be.
This is big business. SEMCO is getting contracts from DOT and FAA. Sooner or later it is going to be out there redoing highway, airport, government buildings, schools, businesses ...etc.
This stock will run to .02 to .04 befor you know it.
