Should any like to read the financial filings & do a bit of simple math any & all will see that there are NOT enough shares left in the A/S to cover the already issued preferred(s). There are ONLY 2 ways to overcome this problem . PERIOD. Raise yet again the A/S or R/S.....FACT Another FACT the preferred shares here are NOT affected by a R/S.....& management just recently converted their commons into preferred(s) as I grow tired of any & all speculation in this regards.
