Reason is; the Company is forced under the settlement agreement with Gibilisco, to do all future conversions with MG Studio's for a period of 10 years.

Makes one wonder why TDEY is electing to remain tied up with Michael Gibilisco's "MG STUDIOS" in Longwood, Fl. Seems everyone and their dog can do this stuff.
