As far as I know, ILNS is not seeking punitive damages.
What would their case be? Pfizer made us go bankrupt months sooner, and our accumulated deficit would have gone from a black hole, to an abyss?
I'm talking a settlement before the final fight.If it were me and they say 10 million I say write the check.
Really though 50 to 100 million is pocket change to Pfizer.One must understand this was a well thought out pre planned course Pfizer took long before said breach of the milestone.
