Well that cannot be, because it was stated :

Most brokers won't let you buy stocks under $5 on margin.

Most brokers won't let you buy ANY OTC stock on margin regardless of the price.

Strongly asserted As if buying on margin isn't possible for under $5 or ANY OTC stock.

How is one to initially borrow the security if not on margin considering the statement above????
