LOL I'm not concerned about CR not getting paid, trust me on that one. I just don't understand how that can happen. How can you be so sure CR received nothing from the settlement agreement?
Whitney's fraud is a definite. If there's some kind of fraudulent arrangement with CR to receive unreported money instead of shares then I would think you guys would be interested. It would mean he's an accomplice or complicit or in conspiracy of fraud, would it not?
I'm pretty ticked he got off without even having to admit guilt, nevermind not having to serve a single day in prison. The fines imposed were all ill-gotten gains anyway. Whitney's getting an even better deal though. The SEC won't even look at his fraud. Maybe they think he doesn't have enough to grease some palms. Who knows? I just hope they both rot in hell.
