ibc, then short Intel. I don't know why you claim you're long if you really believe that this is going to happen.

Buy as many put contracts as you can afford or just take a whack at the common. That's typically what I do when I think a company is overvalued and about to get royally f*cked.

Believe me, it's very lucrative - sorta like that time when I had a five-figure over night pay-day when VMEM cratered ;-)
