I have a hard time understanding why a cash investment can be declared a "shareholder loan" as if it is a liability to shareholders if the CEO puts in equity into the company. A cash investment is also different from the other scenario that you cited: A salary not taken out is not the same as a cash investment. These two different instances can not both be termed a shareholder loan.
