good morning momo!! i called the number on OTC markets and got the CEO! we didn't talk for long, i didn't have much time and was not really expecting someone to pickup lol! but YES The company is active and there are things going on! He couldn't answer a lot of questions i asked about merger stuff, just said there are several projects they are working on, and will be updating the market when completed. I was told there he has been working on updated filings and that the website is being updated! Coooooooooooooooooooool we have stuff to actually look forward too!
