What's the big deal? Anybody using his or her Atari 2600 home computer should be equally as capable of operating the FINRA Processor 3000 to determine if there's manipulative trading or not for JBII.
What sort of skills does FINRA have that make a difference? Do they have a secret majik whisper called the FINRA whisperer?
It just seems ridiculous. Any Tom, Dick, or Harry should be able to automatically analyze the trades with equal precision using an automated manipulation detector application available on Skype.
