Since Ben said the Levy money is not going to make any difference, the 'when' GDGI gets it is not important.

Something pretty big must be in the works where 5 Million extra cash is immaterial. We may have to wait till the annual report comes out (for the public to read and become aware) before we see the big move in share price that we are all waiting for.
