#1810 RE: shotcallers #1809

My conversation with DF went pretty well yesterday. I did not get every question asked that I wanted to. We have been trying to get a hold of each other for a while and yesterday was the first time we actually connected not through email. I do plan to have continued conversations with DF in the future. Overall, my position as an investor not a trader has increased. I am not looking for or naive enough to believe that tomorrow we will be at my initial position of .07, but with that said; I do believe we will surpass this number in the future.

This is not a promo for IFRC, but if you look at what they have just done, you will understand the value that DF brings to NL.

IFRC RELEASE

If you do not know, NL is in a transition phase. There is a restructuring occurring, and one of the most important steps DF has taken is making drastic cuts in our hemorrhaging of money.

NL is also transitioning at the current time into a predominately a distribution company. We acquired Beverage Network of Maryland in April. This is the first of hopefully many acquisitions to come. NL has several acquisitions they are looking at and one that might be as soon as January. This also implies that we are coming up with funds to finance these acquisitions.

If you look at what DF and his team have done in the past, there are no failures. My confidence in NL has transitioned from an amazing product to great CEO, whom has a business plan that will push for success.

DF let go of 27 of the 28 employees that NL had when he arrived. The lack of progress is not at the hands of DF. It will be a process to arrive where we want.

There should be unaudited financial released in the near future. I cannot remember if I was told a date or not, but I do remember that they are in the works. Good news is we have revenue (I cannot remember the exact number mentioned).

By acquiring these distribution centers, we create a solid business and it allows us to have a strong pipeline in the future to push NL in new and cheaper plastic bottles.

In addition, we do no longer own newleafbrands.com; we have no affiliation with the company that currently controls the domain name. A web page is in the works, I have no end date for this.

I am sure I have forgotten to mention some of the things we discussed; I had my hands full with my newborn and was unable to take notes.

I know I still need to ask about the share structure, if there is anything anyone else wants to know please pm, or reply to this and I will try and get it answered.

In my opinion only, I would like to see IFRC and NL merge. Creating a distribution network and having the motor freight fleet to transport seem to go hand in hand to me.

DF said share structure is the same as the last filing.

Last filing I found was http://secfilings.nasdaq.com/filingFrameset.asp?FileName=0001354488-13-003659%2Etxt&FilePath=%5C2013%5C06%5C27%5C&CoName=NEW+LEAF+BRANDS%2C+INC%2E&FormType=10-Q&RcvdDate=6%2F27%2F2013&pdf=

As of June 18, 2013, there were 337,033,316 shares of our common stock, $0.001 par value, outstanding.
