ilenes, I'm not sure what you're referring to but there's $260M Debt alone - way over the $120.4M sale proceeds. So, what are you thinking might be left over and for whom? According to the Court motion, stock holders aren't even in line to get paid even if there is something left over! Note: I haven't checked this but I don't think that $260M figure even includes the stock holders outstanding equity! I'm still holding 20K shares (cost basis of $92,800 @ $4.64 shr). (I'll go down with the ship holding before I ever sell at the existing market SP) kg2931
