The $100 bandit is irrelevant. This is dead due to one billion three hundred million sitting on bid of .0001 and 300 million sitting on ask of .0003. Both are harmful. Although there is more than enough cash sitting on bid to bust through ask wall. Good business - perhaps - it is the most sure way to make money in Sub pennies. -- I think it also guarantees an eventual reverse split and steady fall to .0001 again.
I am long and in too heavy to not be patient and wait - but yes this is probably dead - killed by the .0001 bid and .0003 ask not by the very entertaining bandit.
