As to the rally, you needn't worry about Mr. Dow. As the next chart illustrates, Mr. Greenspan and his PPT have the situation well in hand. Notice that the momentum indicators are ready to "pop;" the lower bb has been licked ... er kissed; and there is positive divergence between Accumulation/Distribution and price and between Chaikin Money Flow and price.
Quite bullish if you ask me, though not as nice as my personal favorite, PETM. Oops, here comes my human. Gotta go!
