Half right, Because if Rogers is not in on Spencer's FU scam, once he gets done cleaning Spencer's clock, he'll probably investigate his whole profile and clean house on this pump and dump too. And if he doesn't do it,, somebody else will. Spencer's whole history is nothing but pump and dump scams designed to rob shareholders and line his pockets with gold. Rob from the poor untill caught.
Good thing Spencer 'borrowed' a million bucks for this POS this year,, for no reason, took a somewhat profitable operation applied unworthy debt, he'll need every penny he can steal for his attorneys. And not simply personal but, corporate attorney fees too. One of the bennies of the corporate shield. Why pay out of pocket when you can dump it on shareholders??
