I stated that had the SEC suspected the Co was lying to them about the mailer, they could if taken steps further than just a suspension.


Am I wrong in that thinking?

I also stated I trust no OTC management, but that their explanation letter seemed more believable than most any I had read. Then I got dissected, and subsequently....prosecuted by just making an observation.
