GEVO crashing on convertible offering news: it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, common stock units and senior note units.
Sheesh nothing sustained there so far...FREE likes to hit its high right at the open on a good news day, people who are grateful for the pop sell it right back down. Needs something bigger to really send it the other way.
They entered into terms to get the ship hijacked by pirates back in the water... cost $1,100,000 they already paid $700,000
Not sure if I'm reading it right but the insurer, the company holding the ship, is paying FREE?
