Thanks. It's one that SA wouldn't publish as a premium article (pay me for) because the subject stock's market cap was too low. I kind of knew they would turn it down, but I submitted it anyway (you never know with SA). Since I'm long PEII and I'd already written it, I decided to go ahead and publish it as an instablog on my SA page. More eyeballs is never a bad thing for a stock. I don't blame you for being careful about dilution, but they've laid off dumping convertibles these past two days, at least, so I'm hoping they're through for a bit. If they can release some news about the Bakken Shale deal soon, that should give the pps quite a boost. Good luck on your entry point.
