Hmmm....Tirex entered into the SAME Agreement AGAIN with Simpro...the very same company that has not built ONE machine for them in 13 yrs. Insanity is defined by this: Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. AND...how are they able to enter into an agreement with Simpro, when the U.C.C. for the Patent has already been filed as collateral with GRSI?? Tirex management needs to start telling the truth to it's shareholders!!
TXMC and Simpro arrangement doesn't seem to have worked out for the past 11 years. I wonder why Threshie feels this is such a great deal for shareholders?
