My model’s $30K figure was a blended average of the US and EU. All of the prices you cited are for the US market only.

Ok. But that still seems wildly conservative to me (hey, not that that's a bad thing -g-). If you give ABBV/ENTA all-oral combo a small premium over U.S. price of JNJ/GILD peg/riba combos, that would be, say, ~$90K U.S. To get anywhere close to $30K blended figure, you would need an EU price of, what, $5K? ; )
