you began with the concept that the government was really a corporation (thus giving it dictatorial powers)....

then, drift into this:

How is it a man or woman can be made to answer for a "charge" (as in a "billing statement") under an idemsonan with a "crime" or in civil matters, a breach of "obligation or duty" where NO contract demanding specific performance can be produced containing the most BASIC elements of all contract law, and then tried without a jury or substantive and procedural "due process" over an ex post facto regulation by an artifical entity incapable of testifying on its own behalf or showing "concrete and particularized" damages?

my guess is that you are assuming the "charges" mentioned above originate from the "fact" they are the byproduct or result of the corporation of the United States....but, that's really a myth ...not a fact.

you have intertwined two issues, one of which (the corporation of the US as Washington, DC is a myth.....

moreover, the charges you mentioned are not true BUT, if had a glimmer of factual basis it probably would be found in the UCC codes.....while the idem sonan originates from our borrowing of English Common Law....

ask anyone who has ever been to court for credit card charges....you can't be charged as you claim....and, you do appear before a judge (due process).....

and where you get the 'ex post facto' and artificial entity thing is beyond me.....(I guess, you once again are referring to the US corporate government)
