Hey trading.jeff! No explanation really. Nothing changed on L2 in terms of it being clean, no dilution. Just seems like some peeps came to the realization that they aren't prepared to hold and wait while the company does things the right way to legitimize itself. There was a nice CEO update via email that I posted today via user gdh2240gdh, in regards to the CEO not going to PR fluff, but that they are making progress and will PR substantial news along with a 8k.
