waiting for the announcement for merger

Stock is clearly waiting leaving the price at .15 so far
3 trading days. No selling since Thursday.

Upper left labeled pivot point the next point is .22 ;-D once we pass .16 which is way above the 200 MA with no over head resistance so the moon is inplay ;-$
