It all does not matter. To answer all of the concerns mentioned in the past threads I will start with the reason why it fell from $1.75 - IT NEVER DESERVED TO TRADE THERE!!! It was obvious that the company was attempting to keep it up there to line their own pockets and secure a financing at an unrealistic valuation. I see it it all the time in the dreaded world of companies in the non-revenue, non-operational micro cap space.
This whole management facade is nothing more than another attempt of the company to buy time and make excuses. If Kunz and Dowling were so involved and powerful, why haven't they pulled out their rolodex from their past lives in the mining space and get this funded? Instead they have let this drop like a rock and have not heard a peep out of either of them and this has been left in the hands of some slick, quick talking, excuse bearing stock slinger like Hart and his cronies that has done nothing but borrow money and fail to pay people back according to the most recent filing.
Any financing will ultimately dilute this sham even further, provide liquidity for the poor souls that have been buried in this and they will most likely split the shares to eliminate loose hands and issue more stock to themselves. It happened before with this company and am certain history will repeat itself.
I love how people love to attack me and my opinions and if you look at my prior posts, you will see that I called this months ago...No financing, false promises, and subsequent falling stock price.
