Based on the delivered price of $11.00 per bottle (This estimate is based on talking to people in the industry and the Brazil deal)
20,000 cases x 12 bottles per case is = 240,000 Bottles per month
@ 11.00 per bottle that's $2,640,000 in gross monthly sales.
estimated 2014 total sales $2,640,000 x 12 months $31,680,000
The Beverage industry price to sales ratio is 2.76
Gross Sales 2014 $31,680,000 Divided by current O/S = .0776/ pps
So if we multiply that by the industry avg. price to sales ratio
we get .0776 x 2.76 = .214 Target PPS for 2014.
Current price of .015 Extremely Undervalued IMO.
