There has been quite a bit of controversy about that stylized wording but the times are changing:

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-06-18/sec-to-seek-guilt-admissions-in-more-cases-chairman-white-says.html

Break it into two pieces:

If Lyndon settles and agrees to pay a fine

Why would he do that if he has done nothing wrong?

The second piece is self explanatory and should never be necessary for a professing Christian.

Remember, make your yes be yes and your no be no

Yes, as he's still guilty, and has repeatedly stated he has no money other than what he makes on his job, so what kind of fine could he afford to pay ?

If Lyndon settles and agrees to pay a fine without admitting or denying guilt is he guilty? No!

Enjoy your money while you can, it will all be gone soon.

Did you read the SEC litigation documents? The stock issuances are documented, the transfer of funds from those accounts is documented. This isn't conjecture. It is documented evidence of share issuances and money transfers.

Troy himself tried to weasel around it by saying if he did something wrong he was unaware of it. Really? He is in charge and responsible. Funny how those who invested and lost it all do not hold him responsible.
