Imagine how this story would have read
if they had included the fact of hynie non-retention of
documents AFTER initiation of the lengthy liturgy? a.k.a. liturgy misconduct...
At the last CMC, Stone said that the mere Fact of
hynie non-holding of documents after hynie filed suit,
would not be something he would bring out on the stand,
as a standalone issue.
But then in the same paragraph, he did say that
the jury might need to hear that the
'no-longer-in-existance' status of key documents at hynie
was not a reasonable excuse for witnesses
to deny knowledge of wrongdoing.
