Be careful what you wish for. Why don't you call the SEC and tell them that a Co uses a blog to pass info, uses the CEO to disseminate info on a message board, and claims to acquire Cos then doesn't abide with the LAW. Then have them look at the last filing, coupled with the clear PUMP and dump. New SEC sheriff not too keen on pink sheet pumps. You don't know anything about an LOw C pump back in April do you? Posts in hand. Calling this an OTC is an insult to real OTcs who do actually file. But ALL COS must file 8ks , regardless of their quarterly filing status. The pink exchange only eliminates cos from THAT requirement , no others. Get it straight. Stop w this non sense. You would be best served to not post.
