YES, they do. Good grief the spin around here. Folks need to READ SEC REGULATIONS! This co has been in clear violation several. Shall I name them? Is the CEO posting on a message board and disseminating info one them? Maybe. Lol, the 8k rule is certainly one of them

You both seem to eager to find fault in this company and your comments seem to be biased.

Let's leave those affirmations to the qualified experts, unless you are such and if that is the case please enlighten us with where and why the company is doing wrong to us shareholders.

We all care a great deal about our investments and if you don't bring something positive based on founded arguments to the board you just hurt us all.
