I think this is just the stock consolidating here. Its a tug of war between buyers and what ever sellers are left or getting impatient.

ROX .78. They can pop this one when-ever they like imo my friend. The 8k did state that they were going to "from time to time" sell a few shares.
So like matt, I agree it's being accumulated and as soon as da boyz get what they want it'll pop nicely. I'll be adding as they become available.
