I wasn't aware of the so-called subsidy and I have never heard of Intel "giving away" silicon before. They bundle but it has to be at a profit. Perhaps the rules have changes since this is no longer an area where anti-trust laws apply. That being said, that is not very like Intel to do that. I get that this is a new market but they rarely sell anything for a loss. Thanks for the response however.
