I usually paste it into an editor (PrimalScript), then use the option to replace tabs with spaces, then paste it here with the pre tags.

The same can be done with Word, but you have to jump through a few more hoops.

Take a screen snapshot and save it as an image. Upload it to photobucket or some other image hosting site and use the chart thingie to display it.
