Very scary - especially the part about restricting access to cash. I can understand (though I do not condone or appreciate!) they might plan to confiscate precious metals and not want people to have access to weapons, but CASH!. WTF do they plan to do with our currency??

My daughter is a VP at a regional bank and she has not heard of such training but would look for it tomorrow.
