I would not agree that this is a failing company. In fact it is the other way around. It is on the doorsteps of long term success.
The financials are not healthy because it is a start up. They will surely reach break even and then turn profitable.
If I may give an example of Facebook, the initial price was purely on hype. People did not see a revenue model but saw the potential. May not be the right example but just a point of view.
