I thought that most of the selling was due to the DEBT relief objective.

I can't imagine they would be selling this all the way down to where it is now, but it may be the panic sellers pushing to these very low lows.

I would expect to see NEWS very soon from the NEW CEO as he (supposedly) executes his plan for the company.
