Indeed home sales did hit a record in the first quarter. The article I posted stated that mortgages have slowed for the last 5 weeks which only two of the weeks, at most, were in 1Q.
Interesting that this slowing is happening with record low rates. One of these days we will see a peak in this housing bubble. We just saw that building permits were down. And, we see that mortgage apps are slowing- maybe thsi is it. However, recently the homebuilders have lifted their targets going forward. Amazing.
