guess it depends what processed foods .. http://healthyeating.sfgate.com/processed-food-definition-2074.html .. you eat .. lol, yeah had to check .. milk, wholemeal, as i use for porridge, is processed .. wow .. don't think i could come close to 5lbs of potatoes for $5 .. not sure though, i'll check next time .. since my car was totaled by a red-light runner who hit another into mine (2 years ago now) i lug all my vegetables, fruit etc home on foot .. two bags hang, one on each side, straps about the neck, and a couple in each hand
(heh, a lady the other day saw me sitting on a curb resting and came over to see if i was ok .. she suggested i use a suitcase on wheels, or get one of those little pull things)
so i don't buy in bulk like that .. i'll check next time .. sorry to hear of your prostate cancer i had it, too, and have eaten healthily all my life (one of the few things i have done really right .. lol) .. i do have the odd take-away mainly to support a relatively new little business up by the local pub .. hope you had your cancer fixed ok ..
