LOL....How do you "blame Bush" while admitting his failures? Hey I did hear they might get the SHOP website up and running IN ANOTHER YEAR!!!!!!! As I recall, we managed to get men to the moon using 1960's technology. The Obama administration can't get a website running after spending 400 million with 2013 technology.....it must be Bush's fault.
