I rather meant that the VC's are all in conversation with each other and sometimes another firm will assist in the same goal, to set up an upcoming conversion, with the particular VC that holds the note. That is if the company themselves cannot set up the next conversion from the last round of shares they hold to work with.
I did not mean any kind of share transfer at all, that is impossible. I was talking about in general how they all are well aware of the game and the specific circumstances and opportunities, that is their job.
