Are there any such animals?? LOL I don't know of any if there are. Probably the closest you could come to that would be toxic financing companies shorting against the box, though I don't think that happens nearly as much as it used to. Seems like a lot of companies became wise to it after Cornell/YA Global crushed companies into the ground with that tactic over the years. Most penny company CEO's nowadays include "no shorting" cluases in their deals with financiers. I suspect there's still some dumb ass CEO's out there who forget to include it, but not that many.
