Did you happen to notice that NEW MANAGEMENT took over a year ago! Years of poor past management may have been a big disappointment, but NEW MANAGEMENT has already proved what they can do and will continue to do! Those who don't believe it after seeing what they did already in their first year can easily bow out and find another company to stick their money into and complain about. Cheers!

HERE IS A REFRESHER OF WHAT NEW MANAGEMENT ACCOMPLISHED SO FAR IN THEIR 1ST YEAR:

- Purchased two new brands, Bikini Ready & Slim Trim.

- Revamped the entire Surgex line.

- Took his idea and got a deal w/Martha Stewart to bring Martha Stewart Essentials to market.

- Setup manufacturing to produce the Martha Stewart Essentials 6 sku's in the matter of months.

- Got initial distribution into over 8,000 Walgreens stores nationwide.

- Increased sales by 17,000% in the very 1st qtr in the market(More than this company produced in over 6 years combined).

- Increasing distribution with HyVee & Cardinal Health coming aboard recently with much more to follow.

- Increasing the sales for Surgex, Bikini Ready, & Slim Trim quarter over quarter with minimal promotional activity and limited distribution so far.

- Brought in an additional $2.2 million for the company's coffers to use for operational and promotional purposes by moving the company across the river into New Jersey to take advantage of some huge tax credits.

- Applied for an additional $3.2 million in tax credits this year that should be announced in a couple weeks.

- Kept dilution to a minimum by increasing sales by 17,000% and using tax credits to fund the company's operations & promotional cost.

- Has followed thru and executed with excellence on each and every project they announced to date.


Now try and find another company who has accomplished so much in their first year! This next year looks to be far greater than this already exceptional first year. So much to look forward to here, based on just the FACTS alone. Know what you own and why! Actions speak louder than words and NEW MANAGEMENT'S actions say it all - enough said!

Otherwise you can just as easily move on in search of something better, as nobody is forcing anyone to buy shares.
