sarals: What you cease to understand is that I have posted this information multiple times on the EDIG board, yet people still don't understand it.
In the past, I posted the exact posts and links, yet people still believed I made it up and posted as such. Matt himself has told me that I am bordering on spamming by continuing to explain the same thing in response to questions as to what the 8-K filing means.
It doesn't matter what I do, I lose either way. I just want penny stock investors to learn to do their own DD instead of asking anonymous message board posters to give them the answer.
It bugs me that Matt wants me instead to spoon-feed the EDIGers with the information that they can find themselves in the filings if the take the time. Otherwise I am faced with incarceration. So spoon-feed I did, at Matt's insistence.
By requiring me to spoon-feed investors with free DD that I performed in order to stay out of jail, Matt has indeed enabled naive investors to receive free information and DD from my efforts. The beneficiary investors are either too lazy or ignorant to perform the same simple research on their own.
