It was in the CC so I don't have the exact words. But it appears there was a couple different ways to interpret what was said. That being said either way I feel it is silly for us to freak out because we haven't seen a PR yet. Everyone needs to make their own choice what to do with their money tho. Most here believe in KQ so even if there is a delay most of us won't panic. But everyone has to do what they feel is right. GL
KQ said working to complete deals by Thanksgiving. Does not mean update, PR, news or 8k by Thanksgiving --- it has been assumed that a deal completion would mean issue news immediately but that is not always the case.
Many are confusing an article by wallstreetnewscast that there could be deal completion soon, announcement and 8K. That is NOT a company PR or update.
