Well if you think about it, it should have automatically changed with the 1- 1000 reverse split. The 5 billion should have become 5 million shares. So the current AS is right and the company knows they have 5 billion AS. As long as the TA is not gagged you could call every week or so and find out how many shares have been diluted. Problem is there are other shares out there besides the AS that would also need to be sold off IMO.
