The Odyssey brand name is well established in the international market, going back probably 30-years or more when Patrick Wachsberger was the CEO. He is now co-chair of Lionsgate-Summit, generating over a billion annually in gross revenues. I am not familiar with the HHSE titles for international, but it sounds like a win for both companies as OPIX can definitely monetize the assets.
