Oct./Nov. O/S increases again

As of November 18, 2013, there were 50,727,540 shares outstanding of the registrant’s common stock.

not sure if any were increased in Oct its not clear on when. but the Facts are still the same O/S has been increased afew times already since R/S in Sept.

we already know its been increased since Nov. 18 because now its over 51M.
the restricted are only 5M so its not the restricted that we should be concerned about. its how often the O/S is being increased.

what will the O/S be by the end of the year?
