who wouldn't sell on the news? so far they have pumped out PR's claiming the acquisition of 8 companies, all highly profitable. Hawk hasn't made $1.00 in revenues, has no money, and is fully into debt.
Of the 8 now announced only one is claimed complete and the deal was FAR from what they stated initially - 65% is not 100%.
I would suggest that smart people can research small companies that deal in aerospace and you will see that 50% margins are UNHEARD of. The overhead of maintaining the paperwork to support such safety related devices prohibits such margins. and take it from me, I am in the aerospace industry and I see what kind of Profit margins are put on products sold.
